“Delia didn't just refine my message — she showed me how to use my story and experience to position myself as the go-to leader for the midlife and menopause movement.
Tamsen was already leading the global menopause conversation — with a bestselling book, a documentary, and a fast-growing Top 50 podcast.
But her website wasn’t owning the movement she'd built. It was time to position her as the global leader of the menopause movement.
Her website had grown as fast as her business, so we also needed to organise all her offers and lay out a clear customer journey to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
And I know you want to know... who's responsible for Tamsen's epic design? Skye High Interactive.
As a former award-winning journalist, Tamsen could be easily positioned as the cultural investigator for women in midlife, asking the big life-changing questions for women who are questioning everything.
She makes the taboo talkable: Nothing is off the table, finally the real conversations women have been waiting for are taking place!
The goal here was to show off Tamsen's authority, expertise, and credibility — and blend that (very impressive) experience with her relatable stories and struggles shared with her audience.
This is the key to higher emotional connection and relatability without losing authority.
As Tamsen's brand shifts from menopause to new opportunities in midlife, I focused on the outcome of her work for this age group, so the podcast could evolve without diluting the positioning.
Positioning Tamsen as the go-to leader for all things menopause and midlife, we created an organised education hub so women could easily find exactly what they are looking for.
